Mr. Sherron joined Granite Commercial South in December of 2006 as a Leasing and Management Executive. Mr. Sherron’s responsibilities include the leasing of several of Granite Commercial South’s retail properties as well as playing a lead role in the coordination of property management services for these centers. His prior experience in both construction and real estate brokerage serve as a valuable foundation for his responsibilities at Granite Commercial South.

Prior to joining Granite Commercial South, Mr. Sherron worked as a Development Associate for its parent company, Granite Development, LLC, assisting in the entitlement process for the development of retail centers. Mr. Sherron also previously held positions in both residential real estate in the Carolina coastal area as well as founding his own landscaping and lawn maintenance business which he operated while pursuing his college education.

Mr. Sherron graduated from Campbell University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Mr. Sherron enjoys a passion for mission work and has traveled to help rebuild homes in such places as Puerto Rico, West Virginia, Eastern North Carolina, and Mississippi. He is an Eagle Scout and has experienced various high adventure survival trips that took him from the boundary waters of Minnesota, to the mountain ranges of New Mexico.
